Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands (PO, IV, HS, KW, ZE, and select PA/PH postcodes).
For delivery costs, please see the 'How much is delivery' section below.
We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
We do not currently deliver to addresses outside of the UK.
How much is delivery?
We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom (UK):
- For orders over £50 delivery is free within the UK
- Standard delivery (2-4 busisness days): £3.99
- Next-day delivery: £5.99 (Available for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 14:30)
Shipping costs are calculated on the final price paid, after any discount is applied.
When do we deliver?
Our standard delivery timescale is 2–4 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
Orders placed after 14:30 on Thursday, or at any time on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or UK bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Our offices and warehouses do not operate on weekends, bank holidays or national holidays.
Delivery to some postcodes in Scotland may take longer. The dispatch confirmation email will contain an estimated delivery date.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
A signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required.
Christmas Delivery Services
Delivery times during the Christmas and festive period may vary due to reduced working days and increased courier demand.
Each year, we will communicate last order dates for Christmas delivery in advance of the festive season. These dates will be published on our website and included within this delivery policy.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or incorrect delivery information.
Orders placed during the festive period may be processed on the next available working day, in line with our standard delivery procedures.
How do we deliver?
We use 2 different couriers for U.K. Mainland deliveries, Royal Mail and FedEx – this will be subject to location and parcel weight. Your tracking number and courier details will be supplied when your parcel is shipped.
If your order is sent via courier it will need to be signed for, you will receive an email notifying you of your estimated delivery from the courier.
What if I'm not home to sign for my delivery?
If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from the local courier’s depot or request another delivery date.
The goods will not be held by the local courier for longer than five days, after which they will be returned to us and your order cancelled and you will receive a refund for the goods minus any shipping costs.
