How much does shipping cost?
Your first Subscribe & Save order follows our standard delivery rules. Delivery is free on orders over £30, and standard delivery charges apply if your first order is below this amount.
Once your subscription is active, every repeat Subscribe & Save delivery is free, regardless of order value.
So while your first order may include a delivery charge if it is under £30, all future deliveries arrive free, helping you save effortlessly over time.
Will my subscription end if I cancel my direct debit?
Yes, cancelling your Direct Debit will stop future payments, which may result in the cancellation of your subscription. To keep your subscription active, you can update your payment method anytime through your account.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
With Subscribe & Save, you choose how often your items are delivered, so they arrive exactly when you need them. You can change the delivery frequency, swap products, or pause a delivery at any time.
Your customer portal always shows when your next order is due to leave our factory. From that date, your delivery should be with you within a couple of days.
