In Store Loyalty Scheme

Terms & Conditions 

Use of the Natural VetCare loyalty card (“Card”) constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You can participate in the Natural VetCare Loyalty Scheme (“Loyalty Scheme”) by collecting a Card from a participating retailer. The Card is issued by Natural VetCare and remains its property at all times.

How the scheme works

• The Loyalty Scheme operates through the collection of stamps.
• You will receive one stamp for each Natural VetCare product purchased in a single in-store transaction at a participating retailer.
• Online purchases are excluded.
  
• Participating retailers will promote the scheme in-store; alternatively, please check with your local stockist.

Reward

• Once you have collected five stamps, the Card is considered “full”.
• A full Card entitles you to one free Natural VetCare product.
• The free product will be the lowest priced product recorded on the completed Card.
• The free product must be redeemed in a separate in-store transaction at the participating retailer named on the Card.
• No cash alternative is available, and no change will be given.
  

Using your Card

• The Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive stamps and when redeeming a reward.
  
• Stamps cannot be applied retrospectively.
  
• Cards must be completed and redeemed at the same participating retailer named on the Card.

General conditions

• The Card will not be accepted if it appears copied, damaged, or tampered with.
  
• Natural VetCare reserves the right to withdraw or cancel Cards, or take appropriate action (including disqualification), where fraud or misuse is suspected.
  
• The Card and any stamps have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  
• Natural VetCare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards.
  

Restrictions

• The Loyalty Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
  
• Only one completed Card may be redeemed per transaction.
  

Expiry

Completed Cards must be redeemed before any expiry date stated on the Card (if applicable).

Changes and termination

• Natural VetCare reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Loyalty Scheme or these terms at any time on reasonable notice.
  
• Ending participation forfeits any unredeemed Cards.
  

Legal

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
